Jeff is a 1983 graduate of Wayne State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Since moving to Big Rapids in 1984, he and his wife Deb have been extensively involved in community and church activities. With a large family of 7 children, Jeff has had the pleasure of coaching several local sports teams. Jeff believes one of the keys to good physical fitness is “Start slow, stick with it, and enjoy what you’re doing.”

Deb graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1984.She has experience in hospital in-patient/out-patient therapy, nursing home, and home healthcare. Deb has been a cross country and volleyball coach. Deb enjoys running, softball, volleyball, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.

Ella holds certifications as a Doctor of Naturopathy, certified natural health practitioner, certified massage therapist, and Reiki Master. She attained her Bachelor of Arts at Michigan State University with majors in Spanish, Criminal Justice, and Psychology. She is married and lives in the Mecosta County area.
