Group Fitness


45 minutes of indoor cycling that will take you through intervals varying from sprints to hills to aerobic endurance. For ALL levels of
fitness. Maximum 15 participants per class, passes are available an hour before class begins. Bring a towel and water. *New participants should arrive 15 minutes before class for assistance with bike set up.

Silver Sneakers® Classic

A variety of exercises to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, chair and ball are used during this 45 minute class.



A 10 week program. 4-­6 year old boys and girls will learn basic gymnastics skills (tumbling, beam, bars, and vault), balance, strength,
and coordination. 7-­10 year old girls will be split into two groups (beginners and advanced) following “tryouts” on September 14th. $10/session or $90 up front for the 10 weeks. Cash or check only.

Silver Sneakers® Yoga

45 minutes of yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair
support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of
movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Silver Sneakers® Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit
workout. Upper-­body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball is alternated with low-­impact aerobic choreography. A chair is also used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises during this 45 minute class.

Core & Flex

​30 minutes of core focused exercises, including Pilates style movements, combined with 15 minutes of flexibility, including yoga movements.


60 minutes of yoga will increase your flexibility in both your body and your mind through gentle stretching poses using your breath to
relax and calm you. For beginner and advanced yoga attenders. Bring water and a yoga mat (mats will be provided also).

Toning Aerobics

Full body workout, on tempo, mid/high intensity, 60 minutes, free weights and more!


Full body work out, mid to high intensity, 60 minutes, free weights, resistance bands, step with risers, body bars & more!


30 minutes of HIIT training (see description below) followed by 30 minutes of Spinning (see description above).


An enhanced form of Interval Training featuring: High Intensity, 30 Minutes, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Steps with Risers,  Body Bars and More!
