Background: Dave is an Army-Vietnam Vet who is married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He is retired from the City of Plymouth with 35 years in the steel industry. Dave played a lot of hockey & golf, and firmly believes that exercise, diet, & fitness will dramatically increase your quality of life.
Experience: Dave has been a personal trainer since 2002 and has worked in many prominent gyms in the Detroit area. Dave was also the head judge for the Southeast Special Olympics Powerlifting Regional.

Colette has been with PT Plus since 2000. When she’s not creating fitness plans for client of all ages and abilities, Colette leads group fitness classes. She is married to a local professor and is the mother of one child. Colette is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor and holds a RN Degree from Ferris State University. She finds joy in inspiring people to feel good about themselves no matter their abilities and in helping them live life to the fullest. Colette is a Detroit native.
Ali grew up in Ludington, Michigan playing competitive sports and continued on into college as a swimmer. Following college she joined a friend running which led to doing a half marathon and then joined a friend at a triathlon, and loved the sport. Since that time she has competed in over eighty running races ranging from 5K’s to 50 milers and triathlons ranging from sprints to Ironmans all over the United States. Ali owned her own training and coaching business for 8 years while living in Florida and Michigan where she worked with individuals one on one for personal training and coaching, which has included goals such as weight loss, finishing a 5K, and winning age groups at national championships. She has been certified as a personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine, a USA Triathlon coach through USAT, and a running coach through RRCA. Ali believes that exercising should be challenging, meaningful, and most importantly, fun! When one is physically active, motivated, and challenged, positive results are virtually impossible to avoid.
